Sales Executive
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Sales Executive.
Responsibilities
- Proactively find and approach new potential clients through various methods like cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and grow the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the overall business unit's targets.
- Prepare and present competitive quotes to customers, ensuring business profitability and continuity.
- Coordinate with the pricing department to ensure timely and accurate quotations.
- Proactively follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing relationships to identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Leverage strong customer relationships to secure referrals and new business leads.
