Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting the sales process with technical expertise. Tasks include providing detailed technical support, preparing proposals, building relationships with clients, and assisting in project planning to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • 2–4 years of UAE experience in waterproofing, insulation, or construction site supervision
  • Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and application methods
  • Ability to customize technical solutions based on client requirements
  • Solid technical support skills to address client inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong coordination, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • UAE Driving License preferred
