Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage long‑term customer relationships/partnerships and be responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
  • Seek out, qualify, and close new sales opportunities with a specific focus on new business growth.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are well‑informed about product features and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Generate inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Ensure customers are periodically updated on the latest software catalogs and information from Carrier wherever applicable (in coordination with the Application Engineering Team).
  • Continuously follow up and update for Pipeline projects.
  • Create quotations inline with the inquiry specifications and follow up regularly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 02 years of experience in sales engineering with a focus on RLC & VRF systems in the UAE market.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales processes and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • This role is for Emirati candidates.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience with high‑profile projects in the UAE, particularly in Dubai.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric approach.
