Sales Engineer

CommScope is seeking an experienced Technical Account Engineer, Manager to grow our Structured Cabling Solutions Business in Egypt, Africa and Gulf. This role involves working with our eco-system partners, consultants and end-user customers to position the latest CommScope products and solutions to help solve our customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients to expand the customer base.
  • development and maintenance of strong relationships with new or assigned clients.
  • Gain an understanding of the unique needs and challenges of enterprise clients
  • Prepare sales/technical proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Position the right products and solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Understanding and positioning CommScope products and solutions to target clients.
  • Participate in negotiations for contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
  • Provide support to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry and market trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (bachelor’s degree in an engineering disciple is preferred).
  • 7+ Years of experience in presales and/or account management roles in Egypt/Africa.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise networking and structured cabling technologies
  • Strong understanding of SCS products and solutions
  • Strong technology and technical knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
