Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new real estate sales executives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales skills, project knowledge, customer handling, negotiation, and objection handling.
  • Train teams on the company’s project portfolio USPs, pricing, legal documentation, and site‑specific selling points.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure training aligns with active campaigns and sales goals.
  • Build role‑play exercises, mock pitches, and real‑life sales scenario workshops to reinforce learning.
  • Support launches of new projects with training on product knowledge, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, and on‑ground results.
  • Provide one‑on‑one coaching to underperforming sales team members to improve effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor projects to keep training content relevant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or real estate sales training.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for real estate or property sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle in residential or commercial real estate.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (like Salesforce or real‑estate‑specific CRMs), and training delivery platforms.
