About the job

This role requires a driven individual who can achieve and exceed targets while supporting our MENAT Sales function. Based in our Dubai office on a hybrid basis (in‑office a few days per week), you will play a crucial role in generating quality pipeline that converts to revenue. You'll work with both inbound MQLs and conduct outbound prospecting to key accounts.

What you'll do
  • Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision‑makers and understand business challenges
  • Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound activities including cold calling, personalised emails, and social selling to Mid Market accounts
  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conducting discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring proper handoff with detailed opportunity context
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI and activity expectations
  • Achieve quarterly quotas and goals for qualified opportunities, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions
