🌍 We’re Hiring: Sales Coordinator (Middle East, Asia, Africa & Australia)

📍 Location: Dubai — Remote

🕒 Employment Type: Full Time

✈️ Travel: Occasional business travel as required, including 2–3 visits per year to the UK Office

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Head of Sales across the Middle East, Asia, Africa & Australia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in multicultural, fast‑paced environment and has strong account management experience on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to drive expansion across assigned regions.
  • Coordinate daily with the UK and Hong Kong offices, including Sales Admin, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Liaise with distributors and retailers to support tasks related to emails, sales orders, and payments.
  • Assist in identifying, exploring, and following up on new business opportunities to grow market presence.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales review meetings.
  • Support efforts to drive the battery brand into discount, mass merchant, and convenience channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product setup, pricing, and product information to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with UK and HK logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and expanding international customer relationships.
  • Strong account management experience, preferably in a global or multicultural environment.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and efficient in handling diverse internal and external tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of global shipping terms, import/export processes, and logistics flows.
  • Industry‑related experience is a plus. (FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Manufacturing)
