We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing Team at One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support, ensuring the efficient operation of the sales department while contributing to a seamless guest and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team with day‑to‑day activities, including preparing proposals, contracts, itineraries, and resort presentations for clients.
  • Maintain and update client databases and Salesforce systems to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to arrange site inspections, special requests, and other guest requirements to exceed client expectations.
  • Assist in organizing sales trips, roadshows, and tradeshows, handling logistics, invitations, and follow‑up communications.
  • Assist with site inspections on resort.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, providing information on rates, packages, and availability in a timely, professional manner.
  • Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in analyzing trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administration within the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • A positive, team‑oriented attitude, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and thinking one step ahead.
