Job Summary

Responsible for welcoming customers and offering them assistance. Sales Associate will also include operating cash registers, stocking shelves and preparing merchandise for display.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers
  • Responding to questions and giving information to the customers

  • Providing recommendations to customers
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Up-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
  • Managing financial transactions and processing payments
  • Preparing merchandise and designing displays
  • Assisting with inventory
  • Handling refunds and returns
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Creating a positive customer experience and work environment

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years of retail experience.
  • Experience in the luxury chocolate / any confectionary & food retail industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
  • Graduate in a related discipline
  • An excellent communicator & negotiator
  • Merchandising skills and must be able to create trays, baskets, and customized gifts.
  • Excellent in customer service and handling customer complaints.
  • Based or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
