Responsibilities

• Developing effective sales plans and strategies to maximize sales and profits
• Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Establishing strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer service
• Monitoring customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
• Maintaining updated knowledge of products, services, pricing structures, competitors and market trends
• Assisting management in the development of new products or services
• Maintaining accurate records of customer information as well as all sales activities
• Attending trade shows and conferences to promote products
