Role Title: Sales Associate

Location: Sharjah

Job Purpose

The Sales Associate supports smooth in-store retail operations to drive company growth and revenue. The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring efficient store processes, and maintaining high standards of floor presentation. The ideal candidate is hardworking, customer-focused, and equipped with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage trial rooms effectively based on customer flow.
  • Provide excellent customer experience by addressing customer needs and processing sales.
  • Handle customer queries or complaints politely and escalates to DM/SM/SO when required.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure product availability through inward, outward, and replenishment activities.
  • Notify DM/SM/SO when stock levels in the storeroom are low.
  • Assist in receiving and verifying merchandise shipments.
  • Unpack, sort, tag, and place products onto racks, shelves, and mannequins as per company standards.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed according to display principles, including proper size and ratio arrangement.
  • Operate tills and process cash, credit card, and voucher transactions.
  • Ensure billing counters are stocked with carry bags, stationery, audit rolls, and wrapping paper.
  • Support price/discount checks and assist in exchange or return product availability checks.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the sales floor and till areas.
  • Ensure fixtures, fittings, and merchandise are neat and well‑organized at all times.
  • Assist with layout changes, including moving and assembling fixtures and counters.
  • Support in-store and outdoor promotional activities.
  • Remain alert to reduce shoplifting and internal shrinkage.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
