Key Responsibilities
- Hotel Contracting Partner Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new hotel partners aligned with our brand values and target markets
- Negotiate competitive rates allocations and valueadded deals to maximize product differentiation
- Maintain strong longterm relationships with hotels to ensure mutual growth and collaboration
- Ensure all hotel content rates and promotions are up to date and optimized for distribution
- Partner with travel influencers and microcreators to increase visibility and trust in new markets
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to continually refine campaigns for better ROI
- B2B Business Development
- Develop and manage relationships with travel agents tour operators and corporate travel partners
- Expand our B2B agent network regionally and internationally
- Design and execute training programs webinars and incentive plans to boost agent sales
- Work closely with agents to understand their needs and adapt our offerings accordingly
- Performance Strategy
- Monitor sales trends conversion data and competitive insights to optimize strategies

- A strong negotiator with a balance of commercial acumen and relationshipbuilding skills
- Understands digital marketing tools and genAI in Automating
- A creative thinker who understands the power of social media in driving travel sales
- Has a decent social media or digital footprint
- Entrepreneurial mindset handson datadriven and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit

- Growth in number and quality of hotel partners onboarded
- Generating growth from B2C channels by building organic pipelines
- Expansion of B2B agent network and sales
- Partnerships with Microinfluencers in creating a strong affiliate network for hotel distribution through social channels
