We are searching for Sales Advisors for a new client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The hiring company focuses on the sale of modern-day electrical devices and accessories. Due to an extended period of success and growth, they are now expanding their sales team.

These positions offer a tax-free salary and visa sponsorship potential.

3-year renewable contract.

Basic salary

AED 16,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrate and explain products, highlighting key features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with new releases, trends, and industry developments.
• Support customers post-purchase, providing basic troubleshooting, product setup assistance, and-sales service where required.
• Ensure high store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock display, and cleanliness of the sales area.
• Process sales transactions accurately including handling payments, issuing receipts, and updating systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
• Promote ongoing offers, bundles, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Comply with company policies and UAE retail regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or sales, ideally within consumer electronics and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently.
• High level of customer service ability, focused on delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
• Good technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and explain product features and specifications.
• Target-driven mindset, able to work toward and exceed sales goals.

• Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and inventory tools.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Tagalog are beneficial).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts, as required by retail operations.
• Valid passport and ability to meet UAE visa requirements (visa sponsorship provided).
