Overview

To drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in the watch/luxury retail sector. The Sales Advisor will leverage their product knowledge, interpersonal skills, and proactive approach to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an outstanding and personalized customer experience, creating long-term client relationships.
  • Actively engage with customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable luxury watches.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of watch brands, products, features, and industry trends.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
  • Support the training and mentoring of junior sales staff when required.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
