Meraki Group is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Worden - Fadace to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and health of all our employees on-site. The Safety Worden will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on best safety practices and emergency response procedures.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports on safety performance and incidents.
  • Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper usage on site.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and implement necessary safety improvements.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture by engaging employees and encouraging safety participation.
