Job summary

A leading safety and health management company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a certified HSE professional experienced in traffic diversions. Responsibilities include conducting daily HSE inspections, preparing risk assessments, and submitting various reports to the RTA on a monthly and quarterly basis. The ideal candidate will lead monthly HSE meetings, conduct training, and manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance and safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Certified HSE professional with experience in traffic diversions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Daily HSE Inspections and prepare risk assessments.
• Calibration of tools and equipment; schedule mock drills and document activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly health and safety statistics to RTA.
• Prepare and submit monthly environmental management reports to RTA.
• Prepare quarterly waste management reports for RTA.
• Conduct monthly HSE meetings and training sessions.
• Conduct HSE management tours and participate in internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Daily HSE Inspections, Preparing Risk Assessments and to keep documentation and taking approvals
• Tools & Equipment – Calibration, Mock Drill Schedule, Conducting & Documentation, TRA Risk Register Monthly Preparation
• Health & Safety Statistics Report to prepare and submit to RTA on monthly basis.
• Environmental Management Report to prepare and submit to RTA on a monthly basis.
• Waste Management Report to prepare and submit to RTA on a Quarterly basis.
• HSE meetings conducted on monthly basis and Conducting Training on monthly basis
• Conducting HSE Management Tours and Participation Audit Internal & External, Safety meeting with workers
