Job summary

Empower Equipment Rental & Trading LLC in Dubai seeks a skilled Wheel Loader Operator (CAT 950/966 or similar) to load, transport and stockpile materials on construction sites. The role requires safe operation, adherence to site plans, and proactive inspection routines.

Qualifications

• Experience operating wheel loaders (CAT 950/966 or similar).
• Familiarity with site safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of GPS / machine control is an advantage.
• First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Wheel Loader safely and efficiently per project requirements.
• Load, transport and stockpile materials such as sand, gravel, soil, aggregate and debris.
• Perform site clearing, backfilling, leveling and material handling tasks.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Report faults or maintenance needs to supervisor promptly.
• Follow site plans, instructions and safety regulations.
