A leading bottled water company in Dubai is seeking an experienced S&OP Manager responsible for driving the Sales & Operations Planning process. The role requires 8–12 years of experience and expertise in SAP and advanced Excel. In this position, you will ensure optimal balance between demand, supply, and inventory while collaborating across departments to achieve service and cost objectives. This opportunity provides a chance to influence key operational decisions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle and create a balanced demand and supply plan.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across finished goods and raw materials.
• Translate demand plans into feasible production plans.

Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong cross-functional communication

Solid understanding of production, inventory, and logistics processes

Proficiency in MS Office

Knowledge of Power BI

Project management mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
