Almira is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to own content planning, write brand-consistent copy, and schedule across multiple platforms for three entities.

You will monitor channels, respond to comments, optimise profiles, and generate data-driven reports with actionable recommendations. UAE market familiarity is a strong advantage, and hands-on tools like Hootsuite/Buffer are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of social media experience, ideally in real estate or a related sector.
• Hands-on with SM management tools.
• Strong copywriter, consistent across multiple brands and platforms.
• Data-literate, reads analytics and turns them into actions.
• UAE market familiarity is a strong advantage.

• Own and maintain the content calendar across three companies, aligned to campaigns, launches, and key dates.
• Write captions and short-form copy for all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok), adapting tone per brand.
• Schedule and publish approved content via Hootsuite or Buffer; keep queues clean and consistent across entities.
• Monitor channels daily, respond to comments/DMs, escalate matters requiring sales or management input.
• Optimise profiles, hashtags, and posting strategies using platform data; research trends and competitors.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, reach, engagement, follower growth, plus clear recommendations.
• Coordinate content sign-off before scheduling; follow briefing processes.
