Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival to the hotel lobby
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing directions
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the lobby area

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian language is essential
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
