Apt Resources is looking for a dynamic and customeroriented RussianSpeaking Guest Service Agent (GSA) for the Recreation department at a luxurious this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable recreational experience while attending to their needs and inquiries. Your excellent communication skills and strong commitment to service will play a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide them with information regarding the hotels recreational facilities and services.
• Assist guests with reservations inquiries about activities and provide personalized recommendations for a memorable experience.
• Ensure proper handling of guest requests concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and order in all recreational areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest services and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist in promoting recreational activities programs and memberships to drive engagement.
• Work closely with team members to develop a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests.

Requirements
