Role Overview
We are looking for an RPA Solution Architect with solid experience in automation design and delivery, and at least one year of hands‑on work in Microsoft Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end automation solutioning using Power Automate Cloud & Desktop flows.
- Design automation architecture integrating Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, AI Builder, and external APIs.
- Assess existing RPA workflows (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) and migrate/modernize them to Power Automate.
- Perform detailed process assessments, complexity analysis, and effort estimation.
- Define and implement error handling, retry, and monitoring frameworks.
- Guide junior developers and ensure adherence to coding and documentation best practices.
- Work closely with business, IT, and security teams to align automations with enterprise policies.
Required Skills
- 1+ year hands‑on experience in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
- Strong background in RPA delivery (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar).
- Familiar with Power Apps, Dataverse, AI Builder, and connectors.
- Understanding of solution design, environment setup, governance, and DevOps pipelines in Power Platform.
- Experience in API integrations, data handling, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant or Developer Certification (PL‑200 / PL‑500).
- Experience in migration of RPA solutions to Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps or Power BI for reporting automation metrics.
