Job summary

Progressive is actively seeking experienced ROV Supervisors with proven SAAB Seaeye Panther expertise to support offshore inspection, construction, survey, intervention, and asset integrity projects in the Abu Dhabi area. The role requires strong leadership to supervise all ROV operations on offshore vessels and to mentor ROV Pilot Technicians during campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in an ROV Supervisor role and extensive offshore exposure with SeaEye Panther systems,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an ROV Supervisor.
• Experience with ADNOC or ARAMCO approvals is preferred.
• Extensive offshore experience with SAAB SeaEye Panther systems.
• Background in subsea inspection, construction support, intervention, IRM, or survey operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all ROV operations onboard offshore vessels.
• Lead and mentor ROV Pilot Technicians during offshore campaigns.
• Ensure safe deployment, recovery, and operation of SAAB Seaeye Panther systems.
• Coordinate daily activities with vessel management and offshore project teams.
• Manage maintenance schedules and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with company, vessel, and client HSE procedures.
• Prepare operational reports, maintenance records, and project documentation.
