Qualifications

• 2-3 years of inside sales or customer service experience in logistics.
• Experience with RoRo and Breakbulk operations is an advantage.
• Strong skills in communication, accuracy, and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming RFQs and prepare quotations accurately.
• Act as a primary contact point for customers on documentation and operations.
• Update CRM with RFQs, leads, and customer interactions.
