About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Rooms Division team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel Dubai.

We are hiring for the following positions:

  • Guest Services Executives - Front Office
  • Senior Guest Services Assistants - Telecommunications
  • Telecommunications Team Leaders
  • Guest Relations Executives - Front Office
  • Duty Managers

Butlers

The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all guests in accordance with Jumeirah standards across dining, reception, and concierge areas.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to inquiries, special requests, and service requirements.
  • Support daily operations within your assigned department, ensuring smooth coordination with colleagues and other departments.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all guest-facing areas.

Contribute to an outstanding guest experience by fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and promoting teamwork.

About you:

The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  • Strong communication and guest interaction skills, ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
