Caesars Hotel in Reef Al Fujairah City UAE is seeking a Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office, Accommodation and Guest Services in a full-time capacity.

You will ensure the highest standards of check-in, guest satisfaction and policy execution, while monitoring revenue procedures and collaborating with HR on recruitment and training. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational profitability.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all arrivals are checked in to the highest standards and communicating special requests to the GM and department heads.
• Overseeing Front Office, Accommodation and Guest Services to maintain high guest service standards in line with expectations.
• Developing, implementing, maintaining and evaluating policies to maximise guest satisfaction, efficiency, sales and profitability.
• Monitoring front desk activities and finance procedures to ensure maximum revenue for the business.
• Recruiting HODs, Supervisors and others, with succession planning and training in collaboration with HR.
