Responsabilités

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on rolling stock and related systems.
• Perform inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs, component replacement, and functional testing.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety requirements including Permit to Work.
• Support the Team Leader and respond to emergencies and shift duties.

Description du poste

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on rolling stock and associated systems to ensure safe and reliable operations

• Perform Inspections, fault diagnosis, repairs, component replacement, and functional testing using approved procedures and tools.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with all operational, quality, and safety requirements, including the Permit to Work process.

• Support the Team Leader in achieving maintenance objectives and respond to emergency and shift duties as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Vocational trade certificate or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline or equivalent,

• Working knowledge in maintaining and repairing car body, bogies and suspension, couplers and draft gears, operators control, propulsion system, friction brakes, batteries, auxiliary power batteries, auxiliary power supply and electrical equipment, car doors and doors control, ventilation and air conditioning components, train control and monitoring system for rolling
