Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to strengthen risk management and operational insights. You will review campaigns, analyze user behavior, and ensure data quality to support decision making and model iteration.

The role requires 2+ years in data analysis or data operations, with SQL proficiency and exposure to risk domains. Collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service is essential in a fast-paced global crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data operations, with exposure to at least one of the following: business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security.
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to conduct independent data analysis; experience with R or Python is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and risk intuition, with solid logical thinking and data sensitivity — identify risks from anomalous data and articulate causes.

Responsibilities

• Support risk operations by conducting campaign reviews, activity data quality checks, case reviews, and user behaviour analysis based on operational needs
• Perform in-depth analysis combining internal and external data to provide actionable insights supporting operational decisions, strategy development, and model iteration
• Continuously monitor data, define risk indicators, optimise workflows, and establish a standardised risk operations framework to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and other teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and risk control strategies
