Job summary

Kingston Stanley is seeking a Risk & Compliance Officer for its Dubai team. This permanent role requires 2–5 years’ experience in risk and compliance within law firms or professional services, with a focus on AML, KYC, sanctions and due diligence.

You will work closely with lawyers and stakeholders in Dubai and London, manage client onboarding, support risk assessments, and help maintain records and regulatory reporting while using fluent Arabic to support GCC clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in Risk & Compliance, AML or related function.
• Strong AML, KYC and client due diligence experience.
• Understanding of conflicts and risk in a legal environment.
• Law Degree/GDL; some legal-sector experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within a global team.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly for analytics.

Responsibilities

A leading international law firm is seeking a Risk & Compliance Officer to join its Dubai team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Risk & Compliance professional with 2–5 years’ experience within a law firm or professional services environment, looking to join a global organisation and take on a broad, commercially focused role.

• Exposure to complex financial transactions is highly desirable.
