Job summary

Talentspoc, a leading UAE healthcare facility, seeks a Specialist Rheumatologist to diagnose and manage rheumatological, autoimmune, and musculoskeletal conditions.

The ideal candidate will hold MBBS plus MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent, with at least three years post-specialization experience and strong communication skills. Private health insurance, development opportunities, and performance bonuses are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Rheumatology or relevant specialty.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience managing autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage rheumatologic and autoimmune disorders.
• Evaluate joint pain, arthritis, connective tissue diseases, and inflammatory conditions.
• Develop individualized long-term treatment and management plans.
• Monitor treatment response and adjust therapies as required.
• Interpret relevant laboratory and imaging investigations.
• Provide appropriate management for complex and chronic rheumatological conditions.
• Coordinate care with orthopaedic, rehabilitation, internal medicine, and other specialist teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Educate patients regarding disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
