Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a senior role focused on partnership management within the Touchpoints business. You will identify and secure redemption and e‑commerce partners, structuring partnerships with clear value and commercial assumptions to support member engagement and programme economics.

The role involves leading revenue delivery, pricing revisions, and new redemption propositions, while coordinating with product, marketing, technology, operations and governance teams.

About the business area

The Touchpoints business, which is part of Meedaf, is committed to driving digital innovation and deliver customer centric digital loyalty solutions designed to drive client engagement and improve overall service delivery to partners and members.

In this role, your key responsibilities include

• Identify, assess and secure direct redemption partners, points exchange partners, e-commerce partners, aggregators and payment service providers that expand the ways members can spend points
• Structure partnership opportunities with clear value propositions, commercial assumptions and
• implementation considerations to ensure partner deals support member relevance and programme economics.
• Manage redemption-related revenue delivery by monitoring partner performance, redemption activity, cost per point redemption, yield and commercial terms across the partner portfolio
• Use performance evidence to recommend pricing revisions, proposition improvements, renegotiation opportunities or corrective actions that improve revenue contribution and member value.
• Lead the development and rollout of new redemption propositions, products and services that increase member engagement and differentiate the Touchpoints programme.
• Coordinate product, marketing, technology, operations and control inputs to ensure new redemption launches are commercially sound, operationally ready and aligned with approved governance requirements.
• Manage the partner experience across onboarding, day to- day engagement, issue resolution and performance review to ensure professional and consistent partnership delivery.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up on partner requests, service level expectations and operational friction points to protect partner performance and member experience.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, commercial approvals, documentation, renewal inputs and risk considerations to support controlled and traceable partnership management.
• Work with relevant legal, procurement, risk, compliance and finance stakeholders to ensure partnership arrangements are appropriately documented, reviewed and monitored.
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

• At least 6 years of experience in partnership management, rewards, redemption, loyalty marketing, e-commerce or commercial relationship management within Financial Services, travel, retail, digital or related sectors.
