Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• High School Degree required.
• Proficient in CAD tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, or Photoshop for visuals.
• Possess good verbal communication skills and the ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create an organized environment.
• Greet customers immediately with a sincere and energetic attitude.
• Provide customers with relevant information about products.
• Offer efficient service in the fitting rooms and promptly follow up with customers.
• Ensure efficiency and cleanliness at the cash wrap, promoting gift cards, and capturing customer information.
• Thank customers sincerely upon exiting and invite them to return.
