Job summary

Want More is seeking a Merchandiser in Sharjah to manage store inventory, ensure product availability, monitor stock levels, and oversee ordering of new merchandise to keep the store full and attractive.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the retail industry. Salary is 1200 AED per month plus benefits, with visa/work permit requirements for UAE nationals and immigrants.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability by stocking shelves and anticipating customer needs.
• Place orders with suppliers when stock is low and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of discrepancies or slow-moving items.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional displays and arrange merchandise by customer preferences.
• Stay updated on market trends to generate ideas for new merchandise lines or promotions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations such as unpacking shipments, pricing products, setting up displays, and ensuring shelves are stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries or complaints.
