Azizi Foods in Dubai is looking for an Assistant Retail Buyer to support category performance by managing margin, stock levels, and supplier relationships across our stores.

You will help forecast purchases, replenish inventories, and place orders ahead of seasons while keeping pricing aligned with target margins. Strong Excel skills and clear communication are essential.

Experience in retail buying is preferred; this role is full-time and based on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Experience as an assistant buyer for a retail chain.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with Buying group.
• Proficient in MS Windows and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist in optimizing category performance for margin and stock.
• Replenish stock across stores based on daily sales.
• Order stock considering promotions and stock turns.
• Coordinate with other Purchasing Managers and their assistants.
• Ensure item pricing aligns with margins.
