The role involves supervising restaurant operations, training staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and compliance with health regulations in a hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage budgeting, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Lead staff training, development, and performance management.
- Ensure food safety, HACCP compliance, and health regulations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation.
- Monitor costs and implement strategies to achieve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and an organized work environment; foster a positive team culture.
- Provide leadership for front-of-house operations and supervise teams to deliver luxury or high-service standards as applicable.
- Adapt to evolving service standards and business needs, including pre-opening exposure where required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage supervision or restaurant supervision with strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Fluency in English; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Availability for a trial shift and willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Experience in UAE preferred; prior UAE hospitality experience and pre-opening exposure are advantageous.
- Educational background in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable; professional certifications in culinary or service operations are a plus.
