• Previous experience in a similar role within high-end restaurant concepts
• A highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with SevenRooms reservation system operations, configuration, and optimization
• Fluent in English, additional Russian or Spanish languages will be highly advantageous
• Currently based in Dubai
