What You Will Do:

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.

• Accurately input and manage reservations in the system, ensuring proper table allocations.

• Communicate with guests to confirm bookings, special requests, and seating preferences.

• Coordinate with the reception and service teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.

• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and waitlist requests efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, VIP bookings, and special occasions.

• Monitor reservation trends and provide insights to optimize restaurant capacity.

• Assist in implementing promotional and marketing initiatives to drive bookings.

• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and service standards.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Experience with restaurant reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms) is a plus.

• Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.

• Professional and friendly demeanor with attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in reservation software.
