Qualifications

• Restaurant operations supervision experience required.
• Strong team supervision and coordination abilities.

• Knowledge of sanitation, food handling and hygiene procedures.
• Ability to manage staffing, workflow and service standards during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service throughout assigned shifts.
• Allocate duties to restaurant staff and monitor completion of operational tasks.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and respond appropriately to service-related issues.
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards across restaurant operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient food preparation and service flow.
• Monitor stock levels, supplies, and inventory requirements and report shortages to management.
• Support employee training and ensure team members follow established operating procedures.
• Prepare shift updates and communicate operational issues, guest feedback, and staffing requirements to management.
