A luxury hotel brand in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee their AllDay Dining and InRoom Dining operations. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate teams, maintain high standards of service, and enhance guest satisfaction. Proven experience in a luxury or fine dining environment, along with strong leadership and communication skills, are essential. This fulltime role requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
