Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, financial administration, and customer service.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills as well as excellent interpersonal communication skills. The Restaurant Manager will maintain high standards of customer service according to established company policies and procedures. They will also be expected to train new staff members, create staff schedules, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, develop marketing plans, set goals for the restaurant in terms of sales and profits, and oversee inventory control.

Successful candidates should also have experience in budgeting and forecasting. They must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as work collaboratively with a team of staff members.

The salary is 1100 AED per month and we are willing to consider an immigrant candidate for this position.
