A leading hospitality company is seeking a Guest Relations Team Member in Ras Al Khaimah to engage with VIP Guests throughout their stay. Responsibilities include managing VIP check-in, ensuring high-quality room standards, and maintaining guest relations desk operations. Guest Relations Team Member engages with our VIP Guests throughout the entire hospitality experience. From check-in to check-out, the Guest Relations Team is always prepared to respond to VIP Guest requests at concierge, during promotional activities, and more.
