Cobalt Recruitment is looking for an energetic and self driven Resource Consultant to join the team in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will become a provider of market intelligence in a specialist area, by reading the press, approaching potential candidates and feeding the information to the Cobalt team and to ensure that the information gathered is then being used effectively. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Conduct face-to-face and telephone interviews with potential candidates.
• Attend client interviews with Consultants.
• Ability to work to Cobalt Recruitment Research Methodology to identify, qualify and deliver suitable candidates against multiple retained or contingency assignments.
• Ability to prepare relevant target company lists.
• Responsible for maintaining the internal database, ensuring all communication is documented, as well as ensure market intelligence and candidate profiles are easily accessible by other members of the team.

To be considered, you should be a degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in any field. You should have a strong communication and organizational skills coupled with positive attitude and strong desire to succeed.
