Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in landscape infrastructure construction.
• At least 5 years in O&M management, engineering contracts, and value engineering.
• Valid Practicing Engineer card issued by the Department of Municipalities and Transport - Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Engineer on record during the construction phase.
• Maintain communication with the Contractor to ensure compliance with the contract.
• Monitor construction works and issue instructions for corrections.
• Lead the construction supervision team including site engineers and inspectors.
• Advise the Employer on various contractor issues.
• Review and approve project submittals and RFIs.
• Prepare progress and performance reports.
