We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with a strong background in overseeing high‑rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction supervision ensuring adherence to design specifications quality standards timelines and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site construction activities ensuring compliance with approved plans specifications safety standards and quality requirements.

• Monitor daily site operations resolving design materials or execution issues promptly.

• Oversee the performance of construction personnel and engineering teams to ensure efficient and high‑quality work.

• Inspect materials and construction methods to verify compliance with specifications and approved standards.

• Maintain accurate site documentation including progress reports field notes technical evaluations and maintenance records.

• Coordinate and manage maintenance activities for construction systems and associated equipment.

• Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.

• Evaluate and recommend improvements to construction processes resource allocation and job specifications.

• Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate schedules outages and required adjustments.

• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide technical support throughout project phases.

• Ensure strict adherence to health safety and environmental regulations on‑site.

• Participate in the assessment and evaluation of engineering personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction supervision with at least 5 years on high‑rise building projects.

• Proven track record of managing site activities coordinating engineering teams and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies building codes and industry best practices.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings plans and specifications.
