Qualifications

Job description

Participate in requirement analysis, high and low level design of requirements, deployment, and support activities.

Coordinate with vendors and customers for cross-functional requirements.

Proactively resolve issues to deliver high-quality service based on customer needs.

Collaborate with customers and team members; complete code and document reviews; report issues as needed.

Work on-site with a customer who is a Telco Operator.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent degree.

2-5 years of experience in Linux System Engineering; experience with Red Hat product portfolio is preferred.

Knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies such as Red Hat OpenStack, VMWare, NFVI, KVM.

Knowledge of IP networks (Layer 2/3), security topics, routing, switching, tunneling, etc.

Solid knowledge of virtualization, provisioning, and configuration management tools and technologies.

Knowledge of SDN and public clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Experience with Telco networks (core network, EPC, PCRF, etc.) is a plus.
