Job summary

iConnect IT Business Solutions DMCC is seeking a Resident Engineer – Enterprise AI Platform to support deployment, integration, administration, security, and day-to-day operation of an enterprise AI platform in a customer environment in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes, Azure, Entra ID, and AI tools, with the ability to work across security, APIs, and production support to ensure reliable, secure AI services.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and operating enterprise AI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Azure cloud.
• In-depth cybersecurity and security operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, manage and secure the enterprise AI platform on customer premises.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and vendor teams.
