About the Role

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for providing the most efficient and courteous hotel reservations service and undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by the management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming reservation inquiries for both hotel accommodation and restaurant bookings via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient service consistently. Ensuring phone calls are answered within three rings.
  • To upsell whenever possible to maximize occupancy and revenues.
  • Ensure that all reservations are entered accurately, and work updates maintained consistently.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated filing system of all correspondence.
About You
  • Have relevant experience within a 5
  • Hotel or an international luxury hotel.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity always.
  • Customer oriented and result-driven, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
