Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Library Science or Knowledge Management.
• At least 4 years of recent practical experience in research auditing and review services within a research library or publishing institution.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit research papers and verify similarity rates using iThenticate.
• Guide researchers to information about research review and similarity detection services.
• Prepare statistics and reports on research review services.
• Collaborate with researchers to reduce similarity rates through paraphrasing or proper citation.
• Respond to researchers’ inquiries regarding similarity reports.
• Train staff on generating similarity index reports with full understanding of relevant tools.
• Deliver workshops and lectures on research ethics and academic integrity.
• Organize workshops and seminars on utilizing research review services and tools such as EndNote, RefWorks, PURE, and SciVal.
• Follow up with faculty to ensure PURE profiles and records are accurate and updated on time.
