Job summary

India Abroad in El-Ain invites applications for a Chemist position focused on research and product development. The candidate will conduct chemical experiments, analyze results, and contribute to new product development within the El-Ain office.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (Master’s preferred) and has strong laboratory techniques, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Knowledge of analytical methods and scientific principles.
• Ability to interpret data accurately and draw logical conclusions from it.
• Excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other chemists.
• Proficiency with computer programs for data analysis (Excel, R, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Planning and executing laboratory experiments.
• Analyzing data to determine whether results fall within acceptable parameters.
• Maintaining records of all experiments conducted.
• Collaborating with other chemists on research projects.
• Identifying potential improvements to existing products or processes.
• Assisting in the development of new products or processes.
• Presenting findings in reports or presentations to colleagues or stakeholders.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed while working in the laboratory.
