Responsibilities

The Institute of Learning (IOL) team at MBRU is seeking applications for the position of Research Assistant.

The responsibilities include:

• To assist in the execution, organization, development, and management of research projects within CORE.
• To work within a research team to achieve project objectives.
• To analyze quantitative data sets for the purposes of answering research questions
• To contribute to the production of research publications.
• To work with others in CORE to build the capacity of its members by holding internal talks/working groups in your area of expertise.
• A Master's degree (preferably PhD/EdD) with previous experience conducting and publishing research in education and/or healthcare settings.
• Experience with cleaning, collating, and analyzing quantitative data from multiple sources and presenting results visually.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated lifelong learner who is interested in applying creativity to exploring new ideas and approaches to education and public health.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
